Hi, I’m Javier. With nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of working across various industries, primarily in Tech and Finance. My career has given me a deep understanding of how companies approach compensation, the intricacies of the hiring process, and the challenges that professionals face when it comes to negotiating their job offers.
Throughout my HR career, I’ve seen firsthand how many professionals, despite their qualifications and experience, struggle to negotiate the best possible offer for themselves.
